Mr. Orlando Diaz, R.A.
Mr. Diaz is the founder and president. He has over twenty-five years of experience in the expediting and code consulting industry. Mr. Diaz obtained his license and registration as a New York State Architect in November 2003. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the City University of New York at the City College of New York and is a graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School.
East Coast Expediting & Consulting, Inc. was founded in 2010. Our staff has over twenty-five years of experience providing building code and zoning consulting, Department of Buildings expediting, and other agency approvals of projects ranging from small apartment renovations to high-rise towers and major sports facilities.
